Jon Peters leads Irrigation Managers as Founder and General Manager, bringing over 33 years of experience in irrigation management, agronomy, and sales leadership to commercial, municipal, and institutional landscapes nationwide.

Bringing over 33 years of experience in irrigation, agronomy, and sales leadership, Jon is a former agronomist and nationally Certified Crop Adviser in the Pacific Northwest. He worked hand-in-hand with growers across Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Western Canada to optimize production on over 15 crops—including grass seeds, grains, hops, and forage crops—boosting yields and profitability for his clients.

Joining Baseline Inc. in 2004, he scaled the struggling startup into an international leader in connected irrigation controls, serving as Senior Vice President until 2018 and securing high-profile sites globally. As President of a national irrigation management and consulting firm, Jon drove technology integration to enhance efficiency and profitability while advancing service levels.

His expertise drives Irrigation Managers to minimize water waste in landscapes while enhancing plant health, combining site-specific data with agronomic principles to deliver water when and how it is needed.
